Why?

 How is it possible that a decent, middle-aged, well educated man spends his thoughts in trying to imagine how those women he meets in his life are clothed underwear or would appear if naked or while orgasming?

Is he mentally ill? Is he simply sexually starved? Is he a depraved or a poor man?

Would those women appreciate his thoughts and erections?
